Our version of the well-known boat shape peinirli, mainly in whole grain dough, filled with levantine based recipes from different regions.


With homemade syrian soft cheese with seasonal herbs, spices, tomato, sweet red Florina pepper and the mysterious  black sesame nigella sativa.

Nazik baildi (imam baildi adaptation)

With a spicy mixture of eggplants, lentils, chickpeas, carum and dried coriander. Recommended with two clouds of our homemade ali nazik* relish.

*ground smoked eggplant,greek style yogurt, garlic and spices.

The bean diving

A circassian salad of fresh beans, baked with feta cheese in pide dough with sumac and za΄atar wild thyme.

Fatayer (Vegan)

A lebanese spicy mixture of spinach, seasonal greens, red pepper and sumac.

Served with hummus bi tahina relish.

Acrobatic (Vegan)

Baked beetroots, broccoli and cauliflower combined with sun-dried tomatoes and capers. Served with hummus avocado & walnuts.
